The giant and everyone's favorite returns in Shrek 2, the number one comedy of all time, and this hero is hailed by critics and moviegoers alike. It's even more exciting than its Oscar-winning predecessor! We are embarking on an exciting journey. It begins with a trip of heroes to visit the future father-in-law and mother-in-law of Shrek.

  The cartoon continues to tell about the adventures of the ogre Shrek, who married Princess Fiona, and his true friends. Returning from their honeymoon, the newlyweds receive an invitation from the princess's parents to visit the kingdom. Shrek does not want to go, however, succumbing to the persuasion of his beloved, he nevertheless agrees. Since Fiona's parents did not know that their beloved beautiful daughter is now an ogre, they were simply shocked by this news. Also, shortly after his arrival, Shrek falls into the epicenter of court intrigues and conspiracies. And all because of the godmother Fiona, whose son was to become her husband. She turns the king against Shrek, and even forces him to hire an assassin to get rid of the ogre. Only now they did not take into account one thing, that Shrek is far from being as simple as it might seem at first glance.

I noticed a wonderful property at the beginning of the cartoon, when there are multiple references to certain scenes in the cinema, I immediately begin to understand what time the cartoon belongs to. Over the years, this feeling will only strengthen and transform into cinematic nostalgia.
